Executive Assistant | Automations Manager

I’m hiring an Executive Assistant | Automations Manager for St. Pierre.

St. Pierre helps $1M-$10M foundation and waterproofing contractors keep a 3-6 week backlog of high-ticket jobs.

This is not a basic VA role.

This role is for someone who can work directly with the founder and clients, understand messy business problems, identify the real gap, design the fix, build the workflow, test it, document it, and make sure it works in the real world.

Your job is to help turn repeated business work into reliable systems.

You will work across:
- GoHighLevel
- CRMs
- APIs
- Webhooks
- n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- Google Sheets
- Databases
- Dashboards
- Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT
- Client onboarding, reporting, and troubleshooting workflows

You do not need to be a traditional software developer.

You do need strong English, clear writing, reliability, fast learning, and real experience using automation tools.

The work will include:
- Turning Loom videos, screenshots, transcripts, and notes into finished work
- Turning repeated tasks into SOPs, checklists, workflows, and automations
- Building or cleaning up GoHighLevel workflows
- Building or improving Google Sheets trackers
- Helping design dashboards and reporting systems
- Drafting client updates when something needs explaining
- Reviewing applicants and organizing recruiting pipelines
- Researching tools, vendors, or competitors and recommending the best option
- Helping with inbox, calendar, admin, reminders, and follow-ups
- Supporting CRM, automation, onboarding, and troubleshooting projects

You will work in 4-hour blocks.

Each block should produce a clear finished output, such as:
- a workflow
- an SOP
- a checklist
- a tracker
- a client update
- a research memo
- a dashboard spec
- a fixed automation
- a clear next-step plan

You are a fit if:
- You write clearly in English
- You are organized and reliable
- You can figure things out without needing every tiny step explained
- You use Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar tools to work faster
- You have used tools like GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, or n8n
- You can explain technical issues in plain English
- You check your work before sending it back
- You ask smart questions when needed
- You want long-term work and more responsibility over time

You are not a fit if:
- You disappear when stuck
- You need constant hand-holding
- You send raw ChatGPT output without checking it
- You say “done” when work is incomplete
- You only want repetitive data entry
- You cannot write clearly
- You avoid messy problems
- You build things without testing them
