## **Position Overview**

- **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote
- **Work Schedule:** 11 AM - 8 PM PST to align with US-based clients
- **Hours:** 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

### **Responsibilities**

As a **Project Manager/Client Success Manager**, your role is to ensure seamless coordination between our team and clients while delivering high-quality marketing and video production solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. **Client Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and trust.
- Guide clients through onboarding, project updates, and final deliverables.
- Address client concerns proactively and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
2. **Project Planning and Tracking**
- Create and maintain detailed project plans in Notion, tracking all deliverables, timelines, and team assignments.
- Break down complex projects into actionable tasks for various departments.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
3. **Team Coordination**
- Manage schedules and resource allocation for video production, social media, ads management, and CRM integration.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular team check-ins to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
4. **Deliverables and Quality Control**
- Oversee deliverables, including videos, photos, campaigns, and reports, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and collaborate with the team to resolve any issues.
5. **Process Optimization**
- Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Document and refine SOPs for recurring tasks.

### **Experience**

We’re looking for someone with:

- **Proven Project Management Experience**: At least 2–3 years in a project management or client-facing role, preferably in marketing, video production, or a related field.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Experience managing clients and teams in a professional and effective manner.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management tools (Notion is a must), CRM platforms(High Level CRM is a must), and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, ad platforms).
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
- **Detail-Oriented Mindset**: Commitment to delivering error-free and polished results.
- **Flexibility for Night Shifts**: Comfortable working 10 AM - 8 PM PST Time to align with US-based clients.
