Excellent front-end developer needed to create a landing page

We are looking for an excellent UI designer/front end developer to create a landing page with Mailchimp integration. We are currently in the process of developing an application and we want to have a landing page at the mean time. If you are someone who can create a beautiful one-page application that makes it an excellent landing page, please get in touch with us. If we like your work, we want to continue working with you because we need a front end designer/developer. If you know Bootstrap, please let us know! We prefer a Bootstrap one-page-application.

For this landing page project, we are paying a flat fee so please send us your estimate. Afterward if we decide to work with you again on the entire front end of the application, it will be part-time or full time until the project is done.
