Excellent Short-Form Video Editor

We are building this into something bigger. A practice, a body of work, and a community of people who want to live with more depth, clarity, and aliveness. The social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is a core part of how we reach the people we are meant to work with.

We are looking for someone who feels drawn to this mission and wants to be part of building it with us.

The role
You will work closely with Patrice and Chloe as our dedicated video editor, turning our raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping short-form content that matches our brand and performs.

This is a role that starts small and grows. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a full-time role over time, in stages, as the business expands and as we get to know each other and both feel it is a good fit. This will happen step by step over the coming weeks and months.

What you will do
Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Our content is a mix of talking-head footage and b-roll, with text on screen and music. Cut, pace, and polish to a high standard: clean cuts, tight pacing, captions, hook overlays, sound design, and music that matches.

Design carousels and quote graphics that match our brand and convert viewer into followers
Work from our Notion database, where we research and collect viral videos and content ideas we love. We want you to take from our research and recreate that quality with our own branding and voice
Maintain a consistent brand style across everything you produce, so the work always feels like us
Once edited, scheduling them in PostBridge to be released on time

Optional: design carousel with infographic visual

What we are looking for
Excellent short-form video editing. This is the key element of the role; you are genuinely talented and it shows
Strong editing skills for talking-head (retrain attention, visual, pace…)
Excellent editing skills for b-roll videos (text on screen, music, and the right pacing for high retention rates)
A great eye for outstanding aesthetics and strong attention to detail
Ability to take the references from our Notion database (we research viral videos we like) and create similar high-quality videos in our branding, without heavy hand-holding
Excellent at designing carousels and quote graphics
Advanced experience with CapCut
Experienced with Notion and Canva
Organised, reliable, and proactive. You spot things that need doing before being asked
Warm, professional, and discreet. You will be close to a small business and need to handle things with care
Fluent English, written and spoken. No spelling mistakes in videos.

Nice to have
Long-form YouTube editing
Previous experience supporting a coach or creator in the same industry we are in.

Working setup
Fully remote, your own schedule mostly works. No strict overlap with Berlin time required, but we will have a short weekly or bi-weekly check-in call to stay aligned and keep the personal connection alive.
