Job Description

TerraSlate Waterproof Paper & Menus in Denver has an immediate opening for a Virtual Assistant Part-Time Excel Expert to join our team!

Review excel or google sheets and create new excel sheets that summarize data represented on our current sheets. Build dashboards based on company data. Adjust all reports to refect MST US

You must already be able to produce graphics and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. Excel and Google Sheets expertise is a must for the role.


Who are you?
- Someone who has 3+ years of data analytics experience in Google Sheets and Excel
- Someone proactive! You can complete the reports asked and share ideas on what other statics should be reported.

You must already have these excel skills:
- Sort data/ Data organization
- Filter Data
- SUMIF
- Pivot Tables
- V-lookups
- Index Match
- IF formulas
- Charts & Graphs
- Utilize forecast & trend tools
- Conditional Formatting

Requirements
- Stable Internet Connection
- Videocam & Microphone for regularly scheduled Zoom calls with the management team/manager
- Be able to work MST US (7:30-4 PM, TBD)
