JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly technical, proactive, and detail-oriented Partner Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day tracking operations inside Everflow for both affiliates and advertisers.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, testing pixels/postbacks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly before issues ever arise.

You will be the bridge between internal operations, affiliates, advertisers, and our tracking platform.

? RESPONSIBILITIES

Everflow Tracking & Technical Ops
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot postbacks, pixels, macros, & tracking events
• Ensure conversion tracking fires properly across all traffic sources
• Debug technical issues in real-time for affiliates and advertisers
• Create offers, links, smart links, caps, and targeting rules in Everflow
• QA new partners, placements, and tracking paths
• Monitor click/conversion flow for anomalies or fraud patterns

Affiliate & Advertiser Communication
• Work directly with affiliates and advertisers to:
• Test tracking
• Fix postback/pixel issues
• Set up new offers
• Share tracking links + reporting
• Verify traffic sources
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and quickly when issues arise
• Keep partners updated on fixes, changes, or optimizations

Proactive Problem Prevention
• Identify inconsistencies before they become major issues
• Notice patterns early (drops, incorrect payouts, traffic spikes, low EPC, etc.)
• Monitor daily reports for irregularities
• Prevent tracking failures by catching setup errors
• Escalate urgent issues immediately

Optimization & Performance
• Validate affiliate and advertiser performance
• Help optimize campaigns based on EPC, CPA, conversion rate
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies in revenue or payouts
• Suggest improvements in flow, tracking, creatives, or offer setup

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong experience with Everflow or similar tracking platforms (Tune, Cake, Impact, Thrive, HasOffers)
• Deep understanding of postbacks, pixels, HTTPS vs. S2S, macros, click IDs, event tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable speaking with affiliates and advertisers
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data
• Extreme problem-solver who finds solutions without hand-holding
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-moving situations
• Highly organized and proactive
