Estimator/Lead Convertor

Are you confident quoting repair jobs and closing leads?
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Estimator & Lead Converter to join our growing team full-time. You’ll be the first point of contact for new inquiries—pricing out handyman jobs, following up with leads, and converting interest into scheduled work.

? What You’ll Do
• Respond to new lead inquiries (phone, email, text)
• Create accurate estimates for small home repairs and handyman projects using national data and pricing tools
• Schedule walkthroughs or jobs based on project size and scope
• Follow up with warm leads to close jobs
• Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
• Assist with inbound customer service questions
• Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate

???? Who You Are
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable on the phone
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and job costing skills
• Proficient with Google Sheets, basic CRMs, and texting/calling software
• Fast learner—we’ll teach you how to price jobs; you just need to be accurate and dependable
• Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) from home with reliable internet and a quiet environment
