# Contractor Network Recruiter (Full-Time Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and professional recruiter to help grow our nationwide network of contractors, installers, technicians, and handymen.

This role involves high-volume outbound calling, recruiting, follow-up, and relationship building. You will be contacting companies and service providers throughout the United States, explaining our program, qualifying potential partners, and helping onboard them into our network.

**Excellent English communication is the most important requirement.** You will be representing our company daily over the phone, so applicants must have a clear, professional speaking voice and strong communication skills.

**Sales or outbound calling experience is strongly preferred.** While you are not selling a product with a price tag, you will be persuading contractors and service providers to join our network and partner with our company.

### Requirements

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Sales, recruiting, customer service, or outbound calling experience preferred
* Comfortable using Slack, email, CRM systems, and other communication tools
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
