We require a self-starter who can execute tasks efficiently with minimal micromanagement. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the performance of our various web properties, including the upcoming Spring Bolt X site.

**Responsibilities:**

* Execute all front-end website edits and updates quickly and accurately.
* Implement crucial technical elements, such as SEO changes and page edits, immediately upon receiving direction.
* Translate design mock-ups and directions into high-quality, functional web code across various platforms (e.g., WordPress, Divi, Webflow).
* Manage tasks autonomously and maintain high efficiency without requiring constant follow-up or lengthy explanation sessions.
* Contribute to the building and maintenance of new high-quality websites, ensuring a superior user experience.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

* Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory for clear communication.
* Proven experience in front-end web development and web edits.
* Demonstrated ability to produce reliable work on time.
* Strong organizational skills and capacity to follow detailed instructions with precision.

**Compensation:**
