Remote Estimating & Quoting Assistant – Water Storage Tank Projects

Raven Tanks is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant to support our quoting and estimation process for new panel tank projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team to prepare accurate quotes based on client needs, engineering specs, and supplier pricing.

What You’ll Do:

Review client plans and RFQs

Generate cost estimates using our templates and systems

Prepare formal quote documents

Liaise with suppliers for up-to-date pricing

Assist with follow-ups and admin support as needed

We’re Looking For:

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and admin skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up quoting/CRM software quickly

Reliable internet and availability during or near AEST business hours

Experience in quoting, estimating, construction support, or admin is a bonus
