Email/Development Work

I use a sass for online booking. When I receive a booking - I have to email my teams to see who wants the job.

I would like to automate the email process. So, when I receive an email with a new booking; that email goes directly to the cleaner I have in the area. If they can take the job, they hit accept on the email, and if they hit "pass", it would go to the "next cleaner".

I would be fine with a simple solution to this. However, I would like to work with someone that can automate this using my API in the future. Ideally the email the cleaner receives would connect to my backend, and when they confirm the job it sends the conformation to the customer.

I am sure you will need more details, but this is just a general outline of what I am looking for,

Note - If you are good with API, I have a few other projects to get done as well.
