You will be responsible for:
Managing campaign and flow operations across four e-commerce brand accounts
Monitoring campaign and flow performance inside Klaviyo
Reviewing open rates, click rates, placed order rates, purchase rates and overall revenue performance
Identifying what is working, what is underperforming and what needs improving
Planning monthly campaign calendars for each brand
Knowing what
Creating clear, detailed briefs for the graphic designer
Making sure the designer understands the copy, customer journey, offer, layout, CTA placement and overall
Reviewing completed designs and checking whether they are built to convert, not just look nice
Slicing approved Figma designs and building them cleanly inside Klaviyo
Setting up campaigns, segments, links, discounts and scheduling
Checking
Keeping deadlines, flow updates and account tasks organised
Spotting problems before they become problems
The Briefing Side Is Important
A big part of this role is knowing how to brief the graphic designer properly.
You need to understand how to explain:
What the
What the customer needs to feel or understand
Where the customer is in their journey
What pain point, offer or angle the
Where the CTA should be placed
What the main click action should be
How the design should guide the reader towards the purchase
What sections are needed and why

Every headline, image, CTA, product block, review, offer and benefit should have a purpose.
What We Need From You
You must have:
Strong Klaviyo experience across campaigns, flows, segments and analytics
Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands
The ability to read
A good understanding of open rate, click rate, placed order rate, purchase rate and revenue per recipient
Experience briefing or managing designers/creatives
Confidence working with Figma designs and building
Good attention to detail when checking links, layout, mobile view, copy and scheduling
The ability to work independently without needing constant direction
A strong understanding of what makes an
Awareness of trending topics, design trends, seasonal campaigns and what is currently working in e-commerce
You should be able to look at what is happening in the world, what is trending online, what customers are reacting to, and help turn that into relevant campaign ideas for our brands.

You will be working directly inside real brand accounts, learning how campaigns, flows, offers, customer journeys and creative decisions affect actual revenue.
You will also be taught and guided along the way, especially around strategy, creative direction, campaign structure, customer journey thinking and how to improve
The more you improve, the more responsibility you will be given.
The goal is for you to grow with the agency long-term.

Pay & Growth
Starting pay is $500 per month, depending on experience and ability.
This will be reviewed based on performance. If you prove you can take ownership, manage accounts properly and help the agency run smoother, the role can grow up to $1,500 per month as responsibilities increase.
This can be full-time or part-time depending on the right fit.
We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with the agency as we scale.
