Email Marketing Virtual Assistant

Looking for a Part-Time Cold Email Marketing Specialist

***Important please read the list of duties fully as this is not a typical email outreach position as it requires some creativity and research***

Duties would include the following:
1. Using online based Microsoft 365 Email Client Application to send out cold emails to Real Estate Agents
2. Search for qualified Realtor agents on Google Maps and Zillow
3. Find their email address
4. Take our existing email script and customize the first sentence of each email so that it appeals specifically to that agent using details from their website or social media profiles.
5. Converse with any respondents and attempt to book a sales appointment call with our sales representative who will then take over.

Requirements:
1. Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
2. Be willing to work during CST (Central standard time) hours
3. Be willing to work 5 hours per day (Monday - Friday)
4. Must have excellent English written communication skills.**** Important
5. Able to conduct research online quickly

Compensation:
$2USD Hourly wage + Commission on all closed sales from appointments you set. Good earning potential.

Hours would start out small for the first few weeks and then eventually work up to 4 - 5 hours per ---------- erested applicants please provide a short cover letter and resume.
