AIRLOCK, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in innovative air quality solutions for boats and RVs. Since our founding in 2020, we've achieved widespread market adoption across the United States and are now gearing up for an exciting 2025. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our global team to support our mission of delivering clean, fresh air to boaters and RV enthusiasts worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, build, and optimize high-performing email flows (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, winback) and continuously improve them based on performance data.
- Own and send 5 email campaigns per week, aligning each with brand voice, key offers, and business goals.
- Analyze and report on email performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain clear segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.
- Stay on top of trends and competitor strategies in the DTC email space.
- Be open to expanding into adjacent channels (e.g., SMS, push) as part of the retention strategy.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with DTC brands in the U.S.
- Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Proactive, critical thinker.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, values, and voice.
- Be able to work EST hours, or overlapping until 3pm EST.
- Fluent spoken & written English.
