JOB OVERVIEW

We need an experienced eCommerce email marketer who can own the email channel across multiple client accounts. You'll manage campaigns, build automations, write copy, design templates, and monitor performance — all while working closely with our team to drive real sales for our clients.

This is NOT a VA job and not a beginner level job. Please read the job posting closely and follow all instructions in order to be considered for the position. We value honesty, communication, and attention to detail.

This is a part-time position with a real opportunity to grow into full-time as you prove to be a great fit. We love people who love to learn, take initiative, and want a long-term partnership — not just a gig.

---
Please include the words "Kitchen Bowls" at the top of your application.
Include a short loom intro video where you review the latest project you worked on, problems you solved, results you were able to get, and anything else you'd like to share. Just a short 3 minute video is all that is required to show that you are serious about this position.
Attach your resume as well.

WHO WE ARE

KB Creative is a digital marketing agency that helps small businesses scale their eCommerce sales. We handle everything under one roof — web design & development, SEO, PPC, content, email marketing, and strategy. We've been in business for 10 years and work primarily with WooCommerce clients across a range of markets.

We're a small, tight-knit remote team. Most of our tea ---------- mbers have been with us for years, and that's by design — we're looking for people who want to grow with us long-term, not just fill a seat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Planning
- Generate campaign ideas based on client goals, seasonal trends, and product launches
- Plan email calendars and coordinate with the team on timing and messaging
- Recommend improvements to flows and campaigns based on performance data

Execution
- Design attractive email templates that match each client's brand
- Write compelling copy that drives opens, clicks, and sales
- Build and manage automations (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Manage lists and segments to keep audiences clean and targeted
- Publish campaigns on schedule across client accounts

Performance
- Monitor key metrics across all accounts (open rates, click rates, revenue attribution, list health)
- Make adjustments to subject lines, send times, segments, and content based on what's working
- Share insights with the team and flag opportunities or concerns

---

WHAT YOU NEED

Required:
- Proven experience with eCommerce email marketing — this is not an entry-level role
- Strong knowledge of Omnisend and/or Drip (experience with both is ideal)
- WooCommerce experience — most of our clients run WooCommerce stores
- Fluent English with strong copywriting ability — all clients are US-based
- Ability to both design and write emails (you're not handing off to someone else)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with project management tools, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack
- Self-motivated and reliable — you manage your own time and hit deadlines

Big Pluses:
- Experience with Uscreen or membership/subscription platforms
- Golf industry experience or familiarity
- Experience using AI tools for copywriting, subject line testing, or workflow optimization

---

WHAT WE VALUE

- Curiosity and a drive to learn — we're always adapting and we want people who are excited by that
- Ownership — if it's your task, you see it through or ask for help before it's overdue
- Communication — we'd rather hear "I'm stuck" than silence
- Honesty — if you think there's a better way to do something, say so. We encourage pushback from experience.
- Long-term thinking — we want teammates, not temps

---

HOW WE'LL HELP YOU SUCCEED

You bring the email marketing expertise. We'll bring the client context, systems knowledge, and team support to get you up to speed quickly. We'll train you on our tools, products, and clients so you can apply your skills from day one.

We also listen. If something isn't working or you have an idea, we want to hear it. We're building something together.
