Email List Manager (GoHighLevel. Part-Time, Remote)

We're a fast-moving health and wellness marketing team and looking for someone for one specific role here!

We're looking for a GoHighLevel Email Manager who is detail-obsessed, constantly online, and takes mission-critical accuracy personally. This is a small but super important /mission-critical role! Mistakes here have consequences when we're sending an email to thousands of people so "Wrong subject lines, wrong segments, wrong send times, major typos, and broken links" are not acceptable.

We need someone who triple-checks everything before confirming, and then checks again.

It's a very simple but very critical piece here. This is a part-time role with a need for high availability. Expected response time during your work hours: within 1-2 hours max. When an email is approved, we usually need it loaded same-day.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years+ email list management experience (Activecampaign, Klaviyo, mailgun, convertkit, etc).
- 1-2 years+ Experience with GHL CRM (You are a GHL Expert!)
- Fast responder! This is a fast responder role where things need to be loaded in fairly immediately before certain schedule deadlines. You will have to be able to respond quickly within hours before certain emails are sent!
- Extremely detail oriented. We want someone who triple-checks the segment, the subject line, the preview text, the send time, and the from-name before hitting schedule.
- Triple check to make sure there are no spelling or grammar mistakes that are glaringly obvious (we will sometimes send INTENTIONAL spelling/ grammar mistakes based on what we're saying)
- Have a Grammarly account or some type of spell-checking software
- Have experience with GHL Smart Lists, Workflows, and the email platform itself for one-off campaigns
- Organization capabilities within GHL


Bonus:
- You also have page design skills.
- You are GHL certified/ work directly within GHL
- If you have a personal interest and love for all things health, detoxification, spirituality, holistic healing, and you are health-conscious yourself
- Background in email marketing or working with online coaches and creators (NOT e-commerce!)

What you'll be doing:

- Upload the email into Go High Level from a Google Doc
- Formatting copy within the email designer of Go High Level (we have a simple template we need followed for each email)
- Triple check to make sure the segment is sending to the right person
- Reply to messages within hours!
- Looking over the email for any obvious spelling or grammar issues before it goes out
- Flagging anything that looks off and confirming with us before changing it. Some typos/grammar choices in our copy are intentional style choices, so always ask first.
- Excellent written English. You don't have to be a writer, but you should be able to spot when a sentence is genuinely broken vs. just stylistic.
- We will need you to be sending each email with the proper UTM tracking links too.

This can evolve to a full time role here where this is the main thing you're doing.

Compensation:
$100-$300/month
