Email Designer (Figma) — Remote, Full-Time

Salary: $850/month (with room to grow based on performance)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
PTO: 10 days of paid time off per year. You may use these on your holidays.

Hours of Work Time: 9 AM - 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles Time)

We're a medium-sized, friendly marketing team based in the USA that creates custom marketing and email campaigns for e-commerce brands. We value creativity, clear communication, and people who take ownership of their work.

We already work with talented people from the Philippines, so you'll be joining a supportive remote team that understands and respects how you work. We're looking for someone who has experience using Figma to make exciting and creative email templates.

What You'll Do
Design custom, engaging, high-quality email templates in Figma
Collaborate with our copywriter to bring campaigns to life
Keep designs consistent with each brand's identity
Use AI tools to make your work faster and more efficient (we can provide training)
