Email Designer (Figma)

Who We Are
We are a French e-commerce CRM consultancy managing Klaviyo email programs for Shopify brands across multiple niches (wellness, retro gaming, lifestyle). We handle full email strategy, copywriting, and design — and we produce around 90 emails per month across all clients.
We are a small, remote-first team. We work fast, we care about quality, and we treat our collaborators as partners, not just contractors.

The Role
We are looking for a talented Email Designer to join us full-time. Your job is simple: take our briefs and turn them into beautiful, conversion-focused email designs in Figma.
You will NOT need to code HTML or integrate emails into Klaviyo — we handle that. Your job ends at the Figma file.

What You Will Do
Design 3–5 emails per day from written briefs (brand guidelines + content provided)
Follow existing brand guidelines for each client (we have 3–4 active brands)
Deliver clean, organized Figma files with named layers and components
Request clarification when a brief is unclear — proactive communication is key
Iterate quickly on feedback (max 1 round of revisions per email)

What We Expect
Strong Figma skills — you must be fast and organized
Good understanding of email design best practices (hierarchy, CTAs, mobile-first)
Experience designing for e-commerce brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gaming — any works)
Ability to work independently from a written brief with no micromanagement
Attention to detail: pixel-perfect layouts, consistent spacing, correct brand colors
Reliable internet connection and availability during overlap hours

Nice to Have (not required)
Experience with Klaviyo email templates
Basic knowledge of email rendering constraints (max width 600px, image/text ratio)
French e-commerce or DTC brand experience
