Email Designer

We're looking for an experienced Email Designer to join our remote team at Profit Wave Media. We are a fast-growing email marketing agency working with major e-commerce brands worldwide in various markets such as fashion, art, jewellery, supplements and more.

About this role:
As our partner in brand design, you get to use your creativity to create beautiful and appealing email designs for our clients while getting the freedom to explore new ideas and experimenting with different design styles. You will have the opportunity to create stunning designs that will be a treat for the eye but produce excellent conversion.

What will you do?
- Design clean, on-brand email templates and campaigns
- Collaborate with our copy team to create strong visual hierarchy
- Design emails in Figma
- Maintain consistency across flows and campaigns

Who we’re looking for?
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design using Figma
- Experience with photoshop (preferable Adobe)
- Designing in combination with AI tools is preferred (not required)
- Portfolio showcasing design work

About you:
- Proactive in communication, sharing updates and ideas
- Fast learner - see feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn
- Eye for detail - you know the brand details and visual aspect
- Excellent command of the English language

Availability: 20-40 hours p/week on fixed times & days (flexible by arrangement)

What we offer:
- Base salary: $900-$1400/month
- Bonus: Hit your KPIs & the salary will increase every 3 months.
