**Salary: $1,386 – $1,733 USD / month (Average) ($8–$10 USD per hour) (Biweekly pay)**

**Allard Media Group** is a fast-growing real estate media company based in **Newton, MA, USA**.

We produce premium real estate photography for top-performing agents, and we're hiring one world-class photo editor to help maintain the quality our clients expect.

We are **NOT** looking for someone who simply runs HDR software. We are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail and consistency.

## What You'll Do

* Edit high-end HDR real estate photography
* Blend exposures naturally while maintaining realistic lighting
* Correct color, white balance, perspective, and verticals
* Remove minor distractions and deliver polished, MLS-ready images
* Maintain consistency across every property
* Communicate clearly and meet fast turnaround times

## Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

* Elite-level real estate photo editing ability
* Extensive experience editing HDR real estate photography
* Strong understanding of composition, perspective correction, color accuracy, and natural-looking edits
* Experience with Lightroom and Photoshop (or equivalent professional software)
* Reliable high-speed internet with backup internet and power
* Excellent communication and quick responses during your shift
* Flexible schedule with significant overlap during U.S. Eastern business hours
* Desire to grow long-term with a fast-growing U.S. media company
