Location: Remote
Salary: $750 USD per month (paid bi-weekly or monthly)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, working on U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Elementor WordPress Designer/Developer with strong Figma skills and familiarity with project management systems like ClickUp. This role requires building websites primarily from templates with quick turnaround times, so efficiency, accuracy, and platform expertise are critical.

Responsibilities:
Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, primarily from templates.
Translate Figma designs into responsive, functional websites.
Ensure sites meet high-quality standards for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
Manage and track project tasks using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Collaborate with the project manager to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional websites.
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
