Elementor Website Developer / Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Elementor web assistant to bring beautifully designed websites to life. This is a long-term, part-time role with flexible hours — ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, fast, responsive websites and takes pride in getting the details right.

About Us
We’re a creative studio based in Australia, working across lifestyle brands. You’ll be working to turn design mockups into polished WordPress websites using Elementor Pro. The designs will be provided — your job is to build them out accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
- Build custom websites in Elementor from provided designs (PDFs or image mockups)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and pixel-perfect accuracy
- Optimise websites for performance and SEO best practices
- Set up and configure essential plugins (security, caching, analytics, etc.)
- Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues, or plugin conflicts
- Assist with ongoing website updates and improvements

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on Elementor experience
- Strong knowledge of WordPress fundamentals
- A good eye for design — you care about alignment, spacing, and visual polish
- Clear, prompt communication and the ability to stick to deadlines
- Familiarity with SEO, performance, and mobile optimisation
- Enjoy working collaboratively and take initiative when you spot a better solution

Hours & Pay
- 10–20 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase
- Flexible schedule — work when you’re most productive
- Hourly rate negotiable based on experience (please include your preferred rate in USD)
