Electron JS Developer to Establish Figma-to-Code Workflow & Convert UI Designs

I am looking for an experienced Electron JS developer who can help establish a clear and systemized workflow to convert Figma designs into Electron-compatible UI code.

The goal is to enable a non-coder (me) to update the interface design of my Electron app inside Visual Studio Code using GitHub Copilot effectively — while keeping the full functionality of the app intact.


Responsibilities:

- Develop a step-by-step workflow to convert Figma design exports (CSS, HTML, SVG) into clean, maintainable Electron UI code.
- Assist in integrating design code into the existing Electron project structure.
- Ensure the workflow supports using GitHub Copilot as a helpful assistant for future UI updates.
- Provide guidance/documentation on how a non-coder can use this workflow to update the app UI safely.
- Convert initial Figma designs into Electron-compatible UI components, preserving all app functions.
- Support troubleshooting UI integration issues.


Requirements:

- Strong experience with Electron JS and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Figma design tools and exporting design code.
- Experience working with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
- Ability to write clean, modular code that fits within existing Electron projects.
- Good communication skills to explain workflows and best practices.
- Detail-oriented and able to preserve app functionality during UI updates.


Preferred:

- Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks used in Electron apps.
- Prior experience setting up design-to-code handoff processes.
