Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Data & AI Support)

Type: Part-time or Full-time (depending on needs)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, primarily focused on data organization, light AI tool usage, and workflow support. You’ll be working closely with me, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage data (Google Sheets, dashboards, trackers)
Assist with data entry, cleanup, and structuring
Support with basic AI tools and automation workflows (training provided)
Maintain organized systems for ongoing projects
Assist with simple operational and admin tasks as needed
Review and monitor message threads, tickets, or conversations
Summarize key points, updates, and action items clearly
Keep me consistently up to date on important developments
Flag anything urgent or requiring attention

Ideal Candidate:
Proactive and takes initiative without needing constant direction
Able to research independently and find solutions
Curious and eager to learn new tools, especially AI and automation (guidance will be provided)
Thinks critically and can build simple systems or processes that improve efficiency
Not just task-focused, but able to understand the bigger picture and suggest improvements

Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Able to stay calm and focused without getting overwhelmed
Quick learner and open to training
Reliable and consistent with communication
Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
Experience with task management tools (Monday, Notion, etc.)
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel
