Ecommerce Operations Manager (Shopify | GoHighLevel | Klaviyo | Meta | TikTok)

Hi! My name is Daniel, and I'm the founder of Push Aktive, a new fitness lifestyle apparel brand based in California.
Push Aktive is the parent company with two clothing brands: LIFT BIG (Mens) and Fit Girl (Womens). I have one site for both but separate instagram and tiktok accounts and Klaviyo workflows for each. All products are sold on the same site. Our primary goals:

Mens Goal: Our mens has products ready to sale, ecommerce set up and social media launched. Our goal is to Generate our first 100 online sales within the next 30-45 days while simultaneously growing our email list, affiliate program, and social media presence.

Womes Goal: Before product launch we want to:

Grow our email list
Build our Instagram & TikTok communities
Increase brand awareness
Recruit affiliates
Build relationships with influencers
Use free apparel giveaways to create excitement and generate user-generated content

Your Role

-I am looking for someone who can become my long-term Ecommerce Operations Manager.
-You will NOT be responsible for creating the brand.
-You will help keep all of the systems running together while I focus on content creation, marketing, partnerships, and growing the company.

Think of yourself as the person who keeps everything operating behind the scenes.

Create and manage automations

Manage pipelines
Manage tags
Manage forms
Test workflows
Troubleshoot automations
Maintain integrations
Monitor email deliverability
Keep GoHighLevel organized

Build email flows from my content
Customer segmentation
Schedule campaigns
Monitor performance
Build automations
Optimize email performance

*Affiliate Program
Manage affiliate software
Approve affiliate applications
Generate referral links
Create discount codes
Upload marketing materials
Answer basic affiliate questions
Track affiliate sales
Weekly affiliate reports

*Paid Advertising
I will create all advertisements and marketing content.

Build audiences
Launch campaigns
Monitor daily performance
Scale winning ads
Pause poor-performing ads
Manage advertising budgets
Create retargeting campaigns
Report campaign results
Analytics & Reporting
