Ecommerce Operations Manager / Project Manager (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Shopify)

We are an ecommerce growth agency managing brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, SEO, PPC, and marketplace operations.

We are hiring a highly experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager / Project Manager to oversee client account operations, project timelines, internal workflows, task management, and cross-department coordination.

This is a senior-level operations role for someone who already has real ecommerce agency experience. This is NOT a general VA or entry-level project coordinator role.

You will work directly with leadership and help manage operational execution across multiple brands, departments, and ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:
-- Manage operational workflows and timelines across multiple client accounts
-- Coordinate between Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, SEO, PPC, design, and operations teams
-- Manage ClickUp task organization, accountability, and project follow-through
-- Identify operational gaps, missed tasks, client risks, and communication breakdowns proactively
-- Maintain visibility across all active accounts and projects
-- Help leadership prioritize projects, organize workflows, and maintain operational structure
-- Assist with SOP management, reporting systems, process improvements, and team coordination
-- Step into operational support and executive coordination responsibilities when needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-- Minimum 2–3 years experience working inside an ecommerce agency environment REQUIRED
-- Strong Amazon Seller Central operational experience REQUIRED
-- Strong Walmart Seller Center operational experience REQUIRED
-- TikTok Shop operational experience REQUIRED
-- Experience coordinating projects across multiple ecommerce channels and departments REQUIRED
-- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously REQUIRED
-- Strong ClickUp or project management software experience REQUIRED
-- Strong written communication and accountability REQUIRED
-- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and operational pressure independently REQUIRED

You should already understand:
-- Amazon account management workflows
-- Walmart listing and operational workflows
-- TikTok Shop onboarding and operational coordination
-- Ecommerce project timelines and cross-functional execution
-- Team accountability and operational follow-through

This is NOT a fit if:
-- You only have general VA/admin experience
-- You have only worked on a single ecommerce store
-- You do not have agency-side ecommerce experience
-- You are not comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
-- You require constant direction or follow-up

Trial Process:
All candidates begin with a paid trial focused on operational coordination, accountability, communication, and project management using live client workflows and active accounts.

Final role placement and compensation will depend on trial performance, verified experience, and leadership capability.
