Ecommerce Operations Assistant (AI + Marketing Support)

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented assistant to support our growing ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities:

Generate AI images and creative assets (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)

Monitor and respond to Facebook/Instagram comments daily

Hide/flag negative comments and report insights

Log daily financial data (revenue, ad spend, etc.)

Assign and track tasks for editors and creative team

Handle various operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify and ecommerce operations

Familiarity with Meta Ads and social media platforms

Strong communication skills (English)

Organized and proactive

Experience with AI tools is a strong plus

This role will start part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position.
