Head of Support & Risk Operations
(E-commerce | Shopify | PayPal | Klarna | High Volume | Remote)

We run a fast-scaling international e-commerce business in the Health & Beauty niche (300–400 orders per day across multiple EU markets).

We are building our internal Support & Risk Department and are looking for a strong operator who can take full ownership of:

• Customer Support Operations
• Dispute & Chargeback Management
• Refund Prevention
• Payment Risk Protection
This is not a basic support role.
This is a performance and systems role.

Lower dispute rate below 1%.
Increase dispute win rate toward 70–80%.
Maintain refund rate at low levels.
Ensure first response
