Ecommerce Admin & Customer Service Support

About the Role:

We are in search of a dedicated virtual assistant to manage various responsibilities related to our product inventory, sales, and marketing. If you're organized, proactive, and experienced in managing e-commerce, sales, and marketing tasks, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Research & Purchasing: Actively research product listings on multiple online platforms and source new products as required to meet customer demand.

- Accessories Inventory: Ensure sufficient inventory of product accessories for rentals.

- Purchase Register: Organise and manage receipts and payments for product purchases.

- Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads, document their status, and follow up as necessary.

- Rental Management: Schedule rentals, handle renewal requests, manage pickups, and strategise efficient delivery methods in coordination with the team. Evaluate courier services or alternative delivery methods.

- Cleaning & Repair Schedule: Organise cleaning and repair of returned and newly purchased items to ensure readiness for rentals.

- Sales Forecasting: Predict sales trends and identify the need for product purchases.

- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous responses to email messages.

- Website Content Management: write and edit content for the website

- Social Media Content: Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google My Business.

- Payments & Cashflow: Oversee the payment gateway ensuring sufficient funds for refunds, and manage fund withdrawals for product purchases.

Experience preferred with:
- eCommerce software (Wix, Shopify)
- Payment Systems (Stripe)
- Google Sheets
- CRM (GoHighLevel, Front, Dialpad)

Bonus: Fluent in Spanish
