Ecommerce AI Video Generator & AI UGC Generation

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the plant care space ( ---------- ), and we are building a modern AI-powered content production system.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Content Producer who will turn scripts into organized folders of AI-generated video assets ready for our editors.

This is NOT a basic editing role.
This is an AI video creation role.

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For

For every script created by our team, you will:

1?? Break Down the Script Visually

Read the script line-by-line

Understand the emotion, setting, and tone

Identify what visuals are needed for each line

2?? Generate AI Video Assets That Match the Concept

You will create:

???? B-Roll Scenes

Examples:

Plants struggling in winter

Close-ups of yellowing leaves

Cozy indoor winter environments

Product being poured into watering cans

Before/after plant recovery

Lifestyle plant care ---------- nts

???? AI UGC Creator Videos

If the script is first-person, you will:

Generate a consistent AI person (same face in all clips)

Match age, race, gender as specified

Create multiple angles and natural movements

Generate matching hand shots (skin tone consistency is critical)

Create realistic product interaction clips

?? Authenticity matters.
All clips must feel like they were filmed by the same real person in the same environment.

3?? Maintain Visual Consistency

You must ensure:

Same person across all clips

Same home environment / lighting

Same product version

Same skin tone in close-ups

No mismatched hands

No style inconsistency

If one clip breaks realism, the ad fails.

4?? Organize Deliverables

For each script, you will deliver:

???? A structured Google Drive folder including:

All AI-generated video clips

Clear file names (based on script line)

Alternate takes where useful

Thumbnail previews if needed

Any prompt documentation used

The video editor should be able to open the folder and immediately build the ad.

???? Skills Required

Experience with AI video tools (Veo3, HeyGen, etc.)

Experience generating AI UGC-style creators

Strong understanding of visual storytelling

Good English comprehension

Attention to detail (VERY important)

Ability to match tone and brand style

Ability to maintain visual consistency across clips
