About Us

We're one of the largest dog education brands in the world, producing content across YouTube, podcasts, documentaries, and social media.

We're looking for a thumbnail designer who understands human psychology, curiosity, storytelling, and click-through rate optimization—not just graphic design.

What You'll Do
Design YouTube thumbnails for:
Dog training videos
Podcast episodes
Documentary-style content
Reaction and educational videos
Create multiple thumbnail concepts per video
Study high-performing thumbnails across YouTube
Package videos around:
Curiosity
Contradiction
Emotion
Conflict
Surprise
Work closely with our team on title + thumbnail combinations

Requirements:
Advanced Photoshop skills
Experience creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails
Strong photo compositing and manipulation
Background removal, masking, color grading, lighting, and retouching
Ability to create realistic edits using multiple images
Understanding of YouTube packaging and click-through rate optimization
Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Photoshop AI, etc.) is a plus
