We're looking for an experienced ERP Inventory & Production Specialist to help manage our inventory, production, purchasing, and accounting operations.
In this role, you'll keep our ERP system accurate by managing product data, inventory records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), production workflows, and reporting. You'll work closely with our operations, warehouse, production, and accounting teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Experience with Illumyfi is a plus, but candidates with experience using other ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
* Create and maintain product SKUs in the ERP system
* Build and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Manage inventory transactions and stock movements
* Reconcile inventory and resolve discrepancies
* Support raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
* Assist with production orders and manufacturing workflows
* Support purchasing, receiving, and warehouse operations
* Maintain accurate product, vendor, and inventory records
* Generate inventory, purchasing, production, and financial reports
* Help improve ERP processes and maintain documentation (SOPs)
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience using an ERP system
* Strong experience with inventory management
* Experience creating SKUs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations
* Understanding of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory
* Basic accounting knowledge, including inventory costing, reconciliations, and Accounts Payable (AP)
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good written and spoken English
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following ERP systems:
* Illumyfi
* NetSuite
* SAP Business One
* Odoo
* Acumatica
* Fishbowl
* Microsoft Dynamics
* QuickBooks Enterprise
* Cin7
* Katana
* Or similar ERP software
Experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
* Manufacturing
* Production
* Distribution
* Logistics
* Supply Chain
* Consumer Products
* Inventory-focused businesses

Compensation & Benefits
