JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a fast-paced, high-growth digital marketing and technology company serving the fertility and regenerative medicine industries. Our mission is to build cutting-edge solutions that empower clinics to grow efficiently and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Excellence is not optional—it’s expected.

We are currently building an Interface Engine in Lovable to manage integrations between platforms, and we’re looking for a highly skilled EHR Interface Developer to join our team.

Role Overview

As an EHR Interface Developer, you will design, build, and maintain robust API integrations between our platform (built inside GoHighLevel) and third-party systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and practice management systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Interface Engine, ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely across platforms.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain integrations between GoHighLevel and external systems (EHRs, PMS, CRMs, etc.).

Build and optimize API workflows within GoHighLevel to support real-time data exchange.

Contribute to the development of our Interface Engine in Lovable, ensuring modularity, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve existing integrations for speed, accuracy, and resilience.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure integrations meet functional and compliance requirements.

Document all interfaces and maintain integration standards for consistency.

Requirements

Proven experience building apps and integrations inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

Hands-on experience integrating with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, DrChrono, etc.) and/or practice management software.

Familiarity with Lovable or similar interface/automation engines (Zapier, Workato, etc.).

Solid understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA) and HIPAA compliance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining precision and quality.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare IT and regulatory environments.

Background in building scalable middleware or interface engines.

Familiarity with DevOps tools, monitoring, and error-handling best practices.

Why Join Us?

Work with a dynamic, fast-growing company at the forefront of digital marketing and healthcare technology.

Shape a next-generation Interface Engine that will power clinics worldwide.

Collaborate with a passionate team where excellence is the standard.

???? If you’re excited about building integrations that change how clinics operate and want to work in a high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.
