What We Expect From You
Your Mission:
Your mission is to remove repetitive and operational tasks from the founder so he can focus on:
Creative strategy

Market expansion
Offer development
Scaling paid ads
International growth initiatives

By increasing execution speed and operational stability, you directly support our expansion into new Scandinavian markets and future international scaling.


Your Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Upload and manage creatives inside Meta Ads Manager

Coordinate UGC outreach and communication with creators

Organize and structure creative assets (Google Drive, naming conventions, folders)

Take ownership of recurring operational tasks that ensure smooth execution across ads, creatives, and content coordination


Additional Responsibilities
Follow up with UGC creators and partnerships

Duplicate and structure ad campaigns based on instructions

Update tracking sheets (creative testing & performance overview)

Inbox support (collaboration & operational emails)

Maintain organized documentation and SOPs

Follow up on unfinished tasks

Ensure ad setups are accurate before launch

As we expand into new countries, you may also support localization coordination and operational adjustments for new markets.


Your Requirements
Experience working with e-commerce brands

1+ year in a remote VA role

Familiar with Meta Ads Manager (uploading, duplicating, editing ads)

Comfortable using Google Drive, Docs & Sheets

Exceptional written and verbal English

Basic understanding of UGC and paid social ads

Professional workstation (webcam, noise-cancelling headset, stable internet 25mbps+)



Nice to Have
Shopify experience

Experience supporting multi-market brands

Basic understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS

Experience working with influencers

Fully understands workflow

Independently uploads creatives in Meta

Manages UGC outreach with minimal supervision

Keeps Drive and Sheets structured

Reduces founder’s operational workload



After 90 Days
Handles all repetitive ad upload & coordination independently

Improves workflow efficiency

Proactively follows up on creators

Maintains structured tracking systems

Founder focuses primarily on growth & expansion



After 180 Days
Becomes the operational backbone of marketing execution

Anticipates tasks before being asked

Suggests workflow improvements

Supports scaling into new Scandinavian markets

Grows into a larger operational role as the company expands
