E-commerce Virtual Assistant

Hello,?We are an e-commerce company based in the United States and South Korea.?We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant.??

Requirements for the position are:?
Business operation management - knowledgeable of the functionalities of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify; resourcefully track, manage, and keep tabs operations of various e-commerce platform
Business operation assistance - organizing the tasks, planning, and participating in business meetings, both externally and internally; has willingness to learn and perform tasks in different department functions?
Customer Support Orientation- dealing with customers with professionalism, patience and people-centeredness; responding to customer service issues (even on weekends)
Data Management- inputting data into the database with care and keen eye for detail, Monitor and analyze performance, ratings, and customer reviews as instructed/ when needed; has good file and account management
?Research- detail-orientedness, good communication skills; Ensure products are accurately described and marketed??
