We're seeking an E-commerce Store Manager to lead and expand our business operations. Compensation: A generous profit-sharing model. I'm based in the united states and am looking for someone to be CEO/Manager of the brand I am building. The niche is party item, supplies and party favors.

Role Overview: You'll manage all key aspects of our e-commerce platform, from product sourcing and website operations to digital marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee product sourcing, inventory, and supplier relations.

-Manage the website, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

-Lead SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

-Analyze performance metrics and market trends.
