ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Process Operator / Operations Manager to help improve our systems and ensure everything in our e-commerce business runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the owner and our 15-person team to create, improve, and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and workflows across departments.
Your mission: make sure everyone knows what to do, when, and how — keeping operations efficient and scalable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Review and improve existing SOPs and workflows
Create new SOPs where needed and ensure team compliance
Manage and monitor tasks in ClickUp
Track and improve efficiency using Google Sheets and automations
Coordinate between teams (marketing, customer service, fulfillment, etc.)
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Provide weekly performance reports to the owner
TOOLS WE USE
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
ClickUp (project management)
Shopify (stores)
Funnelish (funnels)
Front (shared inbox)
Experience with these tools is a big plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years experience in operations, process management, or e-commerce
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to create and implement SOPs
Proactive mindset — you think beyond execution and improve systems
Available full-time (40 hours per week) for a long-term position
NICE TO HAVE
Experience managing remote teams
Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier etc.)
Background in e-commerce or digital marketing
