About EM Digital Group

EM Digital Group is a small and growing e-commerce company operating multiple online stores and brands across Europe. We mainly sell software licenses and digital products, primarily to B2C customers.

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our paid marketing, tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.

This is not a basic marketing assistant role. We are looking for someone who understands e-commerce performance marketing deeply, especially Google Ads, conversion tracking, product-level analysis, and data-driven growth.

You will be joining a small startup-style team where your work can have a direct impact on our growth, revenue, and marketing decisions. For the right person, this can become a long-term role with increasing responsibility and performance-based bonus opportunities.

About the Role

Your main focus will be to manage, improve, and scale our e-commerce advertising campaigns, especially in Google Ads.

A key part of this role is data quality. We want someone who can help us build a strong tracking setup, collect the right data, analyze performance correctly, and use that data to improve campaigns.

You should be both strategic and hands-on. You must be comfortable planning campaigns, implementing tracking, checking if data is accurate, analyzing results, and making clear recommendations based on performance.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and online stores
Work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and other relevant campaign types
Analyze performance by campaign, product, category, market, and audience
Improve ROAS, CPA, conversion value, revenue, and overall profitability
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking for e-commerce stores
Work with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and related tools
Help improve our overall tracking setup so we can make better decisions from accurate data
Review and improve Google Merchant Center setup and product feeds
Create regular reports and dashboards, for example in Looker Studio
Identify issues, opportunities, and growth areas based on data
Communicate clearly with the team and explain what is working, what is not working, and what should be improved
Work with our WordPress/WooCommerce developer when technical website changes are needed
Support Meta Ads when relevant
Contribute ideas for conversion rate optimization, landing page improvements, SEO, and email marketing when relevant

Required Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for e-commerce
Strong experience with data-driven performance marketing
Good understanding of e-commerce tracking and attribution
Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking
Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
Ability to analyze campaign performance at product and category level
Ability to create clear reports and explain performance in simple English
Strong written English and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
High attention to detail
Honest and analytical approach to reporting and performance
Strong Plus
Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress
Experience with Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
Experience with server-side tracking
Experience with Meta Conversions API
Experience improving tracking setups for e-commerce stores
Experience with Looker Studio dashboards
Experience with SEO, CRO, and email marketing
Experience selling digital products, software, licenses, or other high-volume e-commerce products
Experience working with European markets
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Technical enough to understand tracking, tags, pixels, and conversion events
Commercially minded and able to connect marketing performance to revenue and profit
Comfortable working in a small team where each person has real responsibility
Honest about performance and willing to challenge assumptions based on data
Interested in long-term growth, not just completing tasks

You should enjoy digging into campaign data, finding problems, fixing tracking issues, testing new ideas, and improving performance over time.
