FIT Strong & Healthy is a US-based health and lifestyle e-commerce brand selling premium borosilicate glass meal prep containers, bento boxes, and water bottles. Our customers are health-conscious, fitness-oriented people who care about quality, sustainability, and what goes into their bodies.

We sell across five platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay. We are in active growth mode and building our first core team to help scale the business 10x.

Role Overview
The E-commerce Operations Manager owns the operational backbone of FIT Strong & Healthy. You will own three marketplace channels end-to-end (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) — handling operations, PPC execution, inventory, and listings. Catalog management and customer service extend across all five platforms: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. You will also coordinate inventory and fulfillment with our 3PL and freight forwarders.

This role works alongside a separate Digital Marketing Manager. All marketing strategy, creative direction, storefront design, and campaign concepts come from the Digital Marketing Manager. Your focus is technical execution, catalog accuracy, marketplace operations, and keeping the operational engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Own
Amazon Seller Central — Full Ownership
• Account management and seller health monitoring
• FBA shipment creation, labeling, and tracking
• AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution) inventory coordination
• Amazon PPC campaign execution — bid optimization, keyword management, ACoS monitoring (strategy direction provided by Digital Marketing Manager)
• Helium 10 keyword research and organic ranking optimization
• A+ Content and Brand Store technical implementation (creative direction provided by Digital Marketing Manager)
• Case appeals to Amazon Seller Support
• Reimbursement claims for lost or damaged inventory using reimbursement management tools
• Negative feedback monitoring and removal
• Promo code and coupon configuration based on campaigns designed by Digital Marketing Manager

Walmart Marketplace — Full Ownership
• Walmart Seller Center account management
• Walmart Sponsored Products PPC execution (strategy direction from Digital Marketing Manager)
• Inventory sync, replenishment planning, and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) coordination
• Listing data maintenance — titles, descriptions, attributes, images
• Review and rating monitoring
• Promotional configuration based on campaigns designed by Digital Marketing Manager

eBay — Full Ownership
• eBay Seller Hub listing creation and data maintenance
• Promoted Listings campaign execution (strategy direction from Digital Marketing Manager)
• Order management and shipping coordination
• Performance metrics and seller standards monitoring

Catalog Management — All 5 Platforms
Covers Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop:
• Product listings — titles, descriptions, images, A+/Enhanced content
• SKU and variant management
• Pricing consistency and updates across all channels
• Inventory accuracy and stock level monitoring
• New product launch listings and product discontinuation

Customer Service — All 5 Platforms
Covers Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop:
• Responding to customer messages, emails, and platform inboxes
• Returns and refunds processing
• Order issue resolution (missing, damaged, or incorrect orders)
• Maintaining on-brand tone and timely response SLAs
• Customer escalation handling

Inventory & 3PL Coordination
• Inventory forecasting across all channels
• Coordination with 3PL and freight forwarders
• Supplier communication (Alibaba, AliExpress, US-based suppliers)
• Stockout and overstock mitigation

Reporting & Strategy
• Weekly performance reporting (revenue, ACoS, BSR, inventory health, CSAT)
• Monthly strategy recommendations to grow each marketplace channel
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Founder

What We’re Looking For
Required
• 3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations — FBA, AWD, PPC management, case appeals, Helium 10, reimbursement management
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace (Seller Center, Sponsored Products, WFS) — strong preference
• Shopify product catalog management — uploading products, managing variants, updating inventory
• Strong written English communication — you will handle customer service across all platforms
• Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
• Full-time, exclusive availability — this is a single-employer role; no freelancing or multi-client work on the side
• At least 7 hours daily overlap with US Central Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST)

Strong Plus
• eBay Seller Hub experience (listings, Promoted Listings, order management)
• TikTok Shop catalog management and store operations
• Experience with inventory forecasting tools
• Familiarity with Amazon promotional tools and coupon management
• Experience managing Amazon AWD shipments
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to streamline operational workflows, improve listing quality, and enhance customer service efficiency

Compensation & Schedule
• Base salary: Up to $1,000 USD/month
• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to marketplace revenue, inventory health, and Amazon ACoS targets
• Annual bonus tied to company-wide revenue goal across all 5 platforms
• Full-time, 40 hours/week — exclusive, single employer
• Must overlap at least 7 hours daily with 9 AM – 5 PM US Central Time
• Long-term role with growth opportunity as the team expands
