E-commerce Operations Manager

Established 7-Figure Women’s Jewelry and Accessories brand founded in 2012 and based in New York City, seeking an experienced, detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to support and help manage day-to-day operations across our Amazon business.

This role requires strong ownership and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will not only execute tasks, but also identify issues, analyze performance, and proactively recommend solutions.

You MUST have:
1) Strong English writing and communication skills
2) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is required)
3) Experience working in Amazon Seller Central
4) Ability to think critically to identify issues and suggest solutions independently. This role is not purely task-based. You will be expected to identify problems, analyze data, and communicate proactively.
5) Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers
6) Ability to work US Eastern time

Nice to have:
1) Experience with Amazon PPC or advertising
2) Experience with inventory management or forecasting
3) Experience with product listings, content creation, or SEO

Responsibilities include:
Advertising
- Monitor ad performance and flag issues or anomalies
- Track launches and promotions; coordinate with ad partner
- Support campaign maintenance

Inventory & Logistics
- Track inventory levels and flag stock risks (low stock/overstock)
- Assist with PO creation, updates, and supplier coordination
- Maintain COGS data and support reconciliation
- Support inventory system updates and promotional setup (e.g., coupons)

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly sales and SKU performance reports
- Track KPIs across sales, ads, and inventory
- Support profitability, returns, and ad hoc analysis

Product Listings & Catalog Management
- Assist in competitor and keyword research
- Assist in creating/updating product listings (content, data, attributes)
- Monitor and resolve catalog issues
- Support product launches and content updates
