JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing E-commerce store looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory & Purchase Manager to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing our stock levels, predicting demand, and communicating with our international suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Control & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels daily, update inventory sheets, and ensure we never run out of top-selling products.
• Supplier Communication: Act as the main point of contact with our suppliers (primarily in Europe). Handle price negotiations, sample requests, and order placements.
• Order Tracking: Follow up on production leads and shipping timelines, resolving any delays or logistics issues.
• Product Management Support: Assist in uploading new products, managing product listings on our store, and ensuring accurate supplier data.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager, Inventory Assistant, or Virtual Assistant for E-commerce stores.
• Advanced tech skills: Excellent command of MS Excel (formulas, data organization) and communication tools (Email).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with professional communication skills for supplier negotiations.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
