ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing European e-commerce business selling premium niche products worldwide. We are opening a traineeship for someone eager to learn, willing to work hard, and committed to growing with us long-term.

No prior experience is required — what matters is your attitude, resilience, and hunger to develop real skills. We provide full training from day one. In return, we expect dedication, consistency, and a drive to keep improving.

COMPENSATION

Traineeship:
$300–$350 / month
First 3 months

Full-Time Staff:
$450–$600 / month
Upon successful completion · based on experience

YOUR GROWTH PATH

1. Product Listing
Upload, format, and maintain accurate product details across e-commerce platforms.

2. Social Media Management
Create and schedule content, engage with the audience, and build brand presence.

3. Marketing & Growth
Take on campaigns, competitor research, and broader marketing tasks based on performance.

4. Permanent Position
Prove yourself and the traineeship becomes a long-term role with salary progression and expanded ownership within the company.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Internet:
150+ Mbps download / 200+ Mbps upload — fast, stable connection required.

Computer:
Modern, performant setup with a minimum of 16 GB RAM.

Screens:
Dual-monitor setup — mandatory from day one.
