About Us
FootAid is a New Zealand footcare brand created by healthcare professionals from Foot Foundation, a leading podiatry and physiotherapy group.
We design expert footcare products—orthotics, compression socks, braces, and silicone toe separators—made by clinicians for real results.
We’re now launching our Shopify store and expanding internationally. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant from the Philippines to join our remote team.
The Role
You’ll help us build, launch, and manage our Shopify store and assist with digital marketing, product uploads, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. You’ll work directly with Cameron Collins (Director) and have opportunities to grow into an ongoing operations and marketing support role.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management
- Upload and manage products, pricing, descriptions, and images
- Optimize listings for SEO
- Assist with store setup, layout, and content updates
Content & Branding
- Upload catalogues, blog posts, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent branding and tone
Orders & Customers
- Process and track online orders
- Reply to customer inquiries and support fulfilment
Marketing Support
- Help with digital campaigns
- Track sales and prepare performance reports
Creative Support
- Work with designers on product images, packaging, and labels
Admin Tasks
- Update spreadsheets, coordinate suppliers, and manage documentation
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 2+ years in e-commerce, Shopify, or digital marketing
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or Meta Business Suite
- Detail-focused, reliable, and self-motivated
- Stable internet and 2–3 hours daily overlap with NZ time
Bonus Skills:
Graphic design, SEO, copywriting, or Shopify app experience (bundles, reviews, etc.)
