# E-Commerce Operations Virtual Assistant — Amazon, Walmart & Purchasing
We are an established U.S.-based e-commerce and wholesale company looking for an experienced full-time Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations for one of our Amazon accounts, Walmart Marketplace, purchasing, shipments, listings, and reporting.
This is a long-term position with significant responsibility. We are looking for someone organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with Amazon Seller Central.
## Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of a smaller Amazon Seller Central account
* Manage and maintain our Walmart Marketplace account
* Prepare product reorders for PACOA, ORGILL, and other suppliers
* Analyze inventory, sales velocity, and current stock before preparing reorders
* Submit all proposed reorders to management for final approval
* Create Amazon FBA and FBM shipments
* Create and update Amazon and Walmart listings
* Upload product information, pricing, images, and inventory
* Maintain purchasing, inventory, shipment, and sales reports in Excel or Google Sheets
* Track supplier orders, backorders, shortages, damages, credits, and promotional items
* Compare purchase orders, invoices, and received quantities
* Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and discrepancies
* Open and follow up on routine Amazon and Walmart support cases
* Monitor suppressed, inactive, stranded, and out-of-stock listings
* Keep all tasks and unresolved issues organized in shared trackers
* Provide daily and weekly updates to management
## Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
* Experience managing Walmart Marketplace is strongly preferred
* Experience creating FBA shipments and product listings
* Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
* Experience with inventory management and purchase orders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* **Must be available and actively working Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time**
* **This schedule is mandatory and is not flexible**
Experience working with hardware, tools, home improvement products, wholesale distributors, PACOA, or ORGILL is a major advantage.
## Important
You will prepare purchase orders and reorder recommendations, but all final purchase orders must be approved by management.
This role does not have access to banking or company payment methods.

* Monday through Friday
* **10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time**
* Candidates must be able to work the entire shift consistently
