E-Commerce Operations & VA Manager

About the Role

Race&Herd is looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Operations and VA Manager with strong expertise in Amazon operations, social media coordination, inventory management, and AI-driven productivity.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands the full e-commerce ecosystem, profit structures, and growth strategies. You will not only manage operations, but also improve systems using AI and automation.


Key Responsibilities

Amazon and E-Commerce Management

• Manage Amazon Seller Central including listings, account health, and promotions

• Support product launches and coordinate PPC with marketing goals

• Conduct competitor research and provide strategic insights

Inventory and Supply Chain Control

• Track stock levels, sales velocity, and restock timelines

• Coordinate with suppliers for shipment and replenishment

• Prepare forecasting and inventory performance reports

Social Media and Brand Alignment

• Align Amazon activities with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook plans

• Work with creative tea ---------- mbers to maintain brand consistency

• Monitor engagement and customer feedback

AI and Process Optimization

• Use AI tools to streamline tasks and boost productivity

• Create AI prompts for research, content drafts, and reporting

• Develop process improvements and SOPs using automation

Leadership and Reporting

• Lead and coordinate support VAs or freelancers

• Track performance metrics including revenue, ROAS, and profit

• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions



Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Amazon operations or e-commerce management

• Strong experience in inventory planning and KPI monitoring

• Understanding of profit, cost, and business metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Excellent English communication and leadership mindset

• Advanced use of AI tools and AI prompting

• Highly proactive and committed to long-term growth
