We are a online= direct-to-consumer luggage brand, established 9 years, featured in Travel+Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler. You will work directly with the founder.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine Time). Night shift — only apply if you can do this long-term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer service tickets in Gorgias (order status, returns, exchanges, product questions).
Build and improve our Gorgias macros.
Process daily orders in ShipStation before carrier cutoffs.
Daily communication with our warehouse associate.
Track and categorize monthly expenses in Excel from files we provide.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in e-commerce customer service or operations. Gorgias and ShipStation experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills.
Professional written English.
Quiet home office with reliable internet and your own computer. You work independently.
