E-Commerce Operations Assistant

## ???? About the Role:

We run a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling premium footwear through Amazon (FBA/MCF/AWD) and Shopify.

All fulfillment and inventory are handled through Amazon.

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to help monitor inventory, protect profitability, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is NOT a basic VA role. You will help manage real business decisions using structured systems.

## ???? Responsibilities

### 1. Inventory & Forecasting (Amazon-Centric)

* Track inventory directly inside Amazon (FBA + AWD) — “Never let Amazon go out of stock — Shopify depends on it.”
* Forecast stock levels (30 / 60 / 90 days)
* Monitor sell-through rates and stockout risks
* Track inbound shipments and receiving delays
* Ensure inventory levels support BOTH Amazon and Shopify (via MCF)

### 2. Customer Support (Profit-Focused)

* Handle customer emails (Shopify + general inbox)
* Follow structured refund / store credit policies
* Identify abuse, repeat refund patterns, and suspicious claims
* Balance customer experience with protecting company margins

### 3. Inbox & Executive Support

* Organize and clean high-volume inbox daily
* Identify important emails (financial, legal, urgent)
* Flag key items and add tasks/reminders to calendar
* Provide a short daily summary of priorities

### 4. Amazon Operations Monitoring

* Monitor listings for issues (suppressed, errors, etc.)
* Flag negative reviews immediately
* Track return/refund trends
* Alert on unusual performance changes

## ? Requirements

* Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA required)
* Familiarity with Shopify (basic level is fine)
* Strong written English communication
* High attention to detail
* Organized, proactive, and reliable
* Able to follow systems AND make judgment calls

**Compensation:**
