E-Commerce Manager (Shopify)

YOUR MISSION:
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, making sure the customer experience is smooth, data drives decisions, and sales keep growing. Beyond that, you’ll keep an eye on our bestsellers and stock levels, working closely with our Product Team so we’re never sold out when demand is high.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Run & optimize the VICINITY Shopify store to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
- Use data & analytics to drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, and boost average order value (AOV).
- Check stock levels daily, ensuring bestsellers are always available online.
- Communicate with the Product Team to trigger re-orders and keep supply aligned with demand.
- Launch & manage product drops, campaigns, and exclusive online releases.
- Implement upsells, bundles, and loyalty strategies to generate more revenue.
- Oversee product listings, collections, and merchandising on the store.
- Apply SEO & CRO best practices to increase traffic and performance.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery flow.
- Explore new digital sales opportunities & channels beyond Shopify.
- Stay on top of e-commerce & streetwear trends to keep VICINITY ahead.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience (streetwear/fashion preferred).
- Strong expertise in Shopify / Shopify Plus.
- Data-driven mindset — you know how to translate KPIs into action.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, Shopify apps & analytics (GA4, Shopify Analytics).
- Understanding of inventory management and demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills to work with Product, Marketing & Ops teams.
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
