We are a growing E-Commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle our daily customer communication. Your main responsibility will be managing our customer support inbox — responding to inquiries, handling order issues, and making sure every customer feels taken care of.
This is a part-time position requiring 1–3 hours per day, ideal for someone who wants consistent, stable work with a small, focused team.
What You’ll Do
? Monitor and respond to customer
? Handle order inquiries, shipping questions, returns, and complaints
? Follow provided scripts and guidelines for common situations
? Communicate directly with our fulfillment partner via a shared WhatsApp group — for returns, refunds, replacements, and any order-related issues that require coordination
? Keep the inbox organized and flag urgent messages
? Maintain a friendly, helpful tone in all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
? Excellent written English — clear, professional, and friendly
? Previous experience in customer support or
? Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed hours
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
? Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Active WhatsApp usage — you will be added to a group chat with our partner for direct coordination
? Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk platforms is a plus
What We Offer
? $2.00 -5.00 USD per hour, paid weekly or bi-weekly
? Flexible part-time hours — approx. 1–2 hours per day
