E-Commerce & Creator Operations Assistant

I am looking for a proactive operations assistant who can support me across multiple areas of my business. You must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and learn fast. Work includes:

Dropshipping & E-Commerce

Managing Shopify stores (product uploads, pricing, descriptions, inventory updates)

Order fulfillment coordination (including FBT, suppliers, logistics)

Customer service assistance

Tracking KPIs (AOV, conversion rate, ad spend if needed)

Creator & Content Management

Managing posts, scheduling, and uploads across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

Organizing short-form content ideas and helping with scripts

Managing creator tasks, tracking deadlines, and communication

Personal Management

Calendar management

Inbox + communication handling

General admin tasks to keep operations smooth

Requirements

Solid Shopify experience

Experience with e-commerce or dropshipping

Strong organizational skills

Good English

Fast learner and reliable
